Adopted Trademark and Logo Usage Guidelines
The HDMI logos, trademarks, and related elements (the “Adopted Trademarks”) may only be used in accordance with the guidelines established in the HDMI Adopted Trademark and Logo Usage Guidelines. This document provides critical information for HDMI Adopters and their resellers who market products featuring HDMI technology. Please review these Guidelines in detail to ensure that your company is in compliance.

Please review the following terms of use in order to download the Adopted Trademark and Logo Usage Guidelines.
These Terms of Use (the "Terms of Use") are a legally binding agreement between you on behalf of yourself and your employer (collectively "Recipient" or "you"), and HDMI Licensing, LLC ("Agent"). By clicking on the "I AGREE" button, or by otherwise downloading or using the HDMI Adopted Trademark and Logo Usage Guidelines (“Guidelines”), you are indicating that you have read these Terms of Use, that you understand them, and that you consent to be bound by all of its terms and conditions. These Terms of Use set forth your rights and obligations with respect to your use of the Guideline. YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE ON YOUR EMPLOYER'S BEHALF.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOU MUST CLICK "CANCEL", CEASE ANY DOWNLOAD AND/OR USE OF THE HDMI PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS, AND PROMPTLY DESTROY ANY COPIES OF THE HDMI PROMOTIONAL MATERIALS IN YOUR POSSESSION (EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT SUCH COPIES ARE OTHERWISE LICENSED TO YOU BY A WRITTEN AGREEMENT WITH AGENT).
The Agent has offered the Guidelines to help you understand compliant usage of the HDMI® brands, trademarks, logos, and slogans (the “Adopted Trademarks”). For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows:
(1) The Guidelines may only be used by HDMI Founders, HDMI Adopters, and their authorized distributors and resellers of HDMI licensed products. Recipient hereby represents and warrants that it is an HDMI Founder, an HDMI Adopter, or a distributor and reseller of HDMI licensed products that has been authorized by one or more HDMI Founders and/or HDMI Adopters.
(2) Subject to Recipient’s strict adherence with the terms and conditions contained in this clickwrap, Agent hereby grants Recipient a limited non-sublicensable license, under the Agent’s copyrights in and to the Guidelines, to copy and use the Guidelines for the sole purpose of using the Adopted Trademarks in accordance with the Guidelines. Except as expressly set forth herein, no license under any patent, copyright, trade secret, trade mark or other intellectual property right is granted to Recipient.
(3) Recipient hereby represents and warrants that the information entered by it above is correct and true.

HDMI Brochure Artwork
HDMI Licensing, LLC has produced a tri-fold brochure describing HDMI technology and its benefits to consumers, including an overview of the new features introduced in Versions 1.4 and 1.4a of the Specification. High resolution artwork is available to resellers and retailers who would like to reprint a co-branded version of the brochure using their own logo.
