Total Technologies, Ltd.'s HDMI cable has passed ATC compliance testing!
Irvine, California / October 6, 2004 — Total Technologies, Ltd. ® (TTL), a Global Supplier of cable assemblies and adapters to OEM customers, is proud to announce that its HDMI to HDMI (5 meter) cable has passed Silicon Image's ATC compliance testing. TTL's HDMI licensed product successfully completed ATC compliance testing in accordance with the HDMI Compliance Test Specification, revision 1.1. TTL's President, George Huang, said "This achievement is vital to TTL's role in the High-Speed, High-Bandwidth, High-Frequency world, and will be used as a premise for every HDMI product manufactured by TTL." He also stated that "TTL's Long distance HDMI, Hi-Definition Picture Quality (Hi-PQ™Series) cable compliance is the next milestone we will achieve." New products to be announced include a new line of HDMI (Hi-PQ™Series) cables with optional CL2-rated wire, utilized for in-the-wall systems installations.

This type of damage causes intermittence, color degradation, and interference.
